1. Using Intelligent Receipt
By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You need to be 16 or older to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity in your account.
2. What the app does — and doesn't
Intelligent Receipt helps you capture and organise receipts and estimate work-related deductions and GST from the information and choices you provide. It uses AI to read receipts, which can make mistakes, so please check the details before relying on them.
It is not tax, legal or financial advice. Whether an expense is deductible, and how much, depends on your circumstances. You are responsible for what you claim and lodge; please check with the ATO or a registered tax agent.
3. Plans and subscriptions
- The Free plan is free. Tax Pro is a subscription billed yearly or monthly, and the EOFY Pass is a one-off purchase for 90 days. Current prices are shown in the app and on our pricing page.
- Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- "Unlimited" AI scans are subject to fair use of 500 scans a month per account.
- If we change prices, we will tell you in advance; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Your content
You own the receipts, photos and information you put into the app. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to the service providers described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Only upload content you have the right to use, and don't use the app for unlawful purposes.
5. Fair and acceptable use
Please don't misuse the service — for example by trying to access other people's data, overloading or interfering with our systems, reverse engineering the app, sending spam or harmful files to receipts addresses, or reselling the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Intelligent Receipt available and your data safe, but the service may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve features over time. If we ever need to discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, after telling you where reasonable.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for tax outcomes based on how you use the information in the app. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it in the previous 12 months.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms and will show the new effective date here and tell you in the app about significant changes. Questions: support@superiortech.com.au.
